Park & Campground Guidelines for a Safe & Enjoyable Stay |

| CLUBHOUSE:
Open 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. to park guests only |
| LAUNDRY:
Washers/Dryers
are available at clubhouse. NO CLOTHESLINES ALLOWED IN PARK |
| QUIET TIME
IS 10:00 P.M. TO 7:00 A.M. Please
be considerate of others. Anything considered a nuisance will
not be tolerated. |
| PARKING:
2 Vehicles are
allowed per site. All guests are required to park only in your
assigned site unless you are willing to pay for an additional
space. No parking on adjacent sites or in the road. |
| SAFETY:
Parents are in
charge of their children at all times. They are not allowed to
play along the river front without adult supervision. |
| RIVER SWIMMING:
There is no lifeguard.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. |
| SWIMMING
POOL: There is
no lifeguard. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Proper swimming attire must be worn. NO DIAPERS, CUTOFFS OR
SHORTS ALLOWED. Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. |
| TRASH IS
NOT TO BE LEFT SITTING OUT: A dumpster is provided at the exit of the park. |
| ISLAND
TENT SITES: Tenters
are required to leave their campsites clean. Do not leave your
trash in the cans provided. All trash should be taken to the
dumpster. Do not leave trash in fire pits |

| STORAGE:
Please keep site
neat and tidy. No excessive storage allowed. The following items
are allowed: Outside tables & chairs, BBQ pit, bikes, potted
plants. |
| FIREARMS:
No loaded firearms,
BB guns or fireworks allowed on premises. |
| VEHICLE/
RV WASHING IS NOT PERMITTED. |
| CUTTING
TREES OR BUSHES IS PROHIBITED. Do not climb, drive nails into or attach objects
to trees. No firewood gathering. |
| FIRES:
No open ground
fires. Fires are permitted in pits only when there is no burn
ban in effect. Call (830) 792-4328 for burn ban information
or check with the office. |

* All visitors must check in at the
office upon arrival to obtain a visitors pass. |
|
* All
guests/visitors will abide by all rules of the campground or
you maybe asked to leave. |
|
* Do not change assigned site without
approval. |
|
* Three (3) month maximum stay unless
previously approved and arranged with management. |
|
* Prices and discounts are subject
to change without notice. NO REFUNDS. |
| DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION
OF ANY PROPERTY WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY. |

OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY BY FIRE, WATER, WIND, THEFT OR
ACCIDENT.

| Guidelines
for Motorcycles |
| To ensure the enjoyment of
all our guests, we have established the following guidelines
for motorcycles. |
| * Park only on your site, not adjacent spaces on
the road. |
| * Ride from your site directly out of the park slowly
and quietly. Always observe the speed limit and refrain from
racing the engine. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. |
| * Do not cruise the road through the park. |
| * Groups, please
assemble at the clubhouse and not at the site of a member of
a group. |
| * No ATV's allowed in park. |
