By the River RV Park is a great place for your caravan, convoy, rally or reunion group to stop and enjoy the best camping on the Guadalupe River!
The Clubhouse offers seating for 50, plus a full kitchen and an oversized outdoor BBQ area for your cookin' needs. There are 20 gorgeous acres of riverfront tent campsites, horseshoe pits and a rental golf cart available.

RV Group Rates ~ 30 amp service
- 6-10 rigs ~ $3.00 off daily rates
- 11-14 rigs ~ $6.00 off daily rates
- 15 + rigs ~ $8.00 off daily rates
- An additional $2.00 per person per RV if more than 2 people per RV
Tent Group Rates ~ Dry tent camping, no utilities
- 6-10 people ~ $8.00 daily
- 11-14 people ~ $7.00 daily
- 15 + people ~ $6.00 daily
Welcome, Winter Texans!
Escape to By the River during the winter season and enjoy warm days, cool nights and a whole passel of campin' fun! Here's a sample of the going-on from December through April:
- Saturday Breakfast/Brunch ($3.00 each)
- Weekly Game Night (cards, dominoes, poker)
- Weekly Washer Toss Contest (prizes to the winner)
- Monthly Ice Cream Social
- Hot Dog Roasts around the Campfire (weather permitting)
- Occasional Guadalupe Catfish Fry (when we catch enough)
- Occasional BBQ
- Potluck Dinner (usually twice a month)
- ...and anything else the staff thinks of that will entertain y'all!
The weather around here during the winter months is downright pleasant. Daytime highs are 65-75 (with the occasional 80 on sunny days) while nights are usually dry and rarely reach freezin' temperatures.
